Heana heads up marketing for Argos Marketplace – despite being a new offering from the retailer, Argos is the UK's third most-visited retail website, reaching over 50 million visitors every month.
With over a decade of experience across digital marketing, ecommerce and performance media, she has held senior roles across Sainsbury’s, Argos, Matches Fashion and Merkle/Dentsu/.
Heana specialises in using customer insight, technology and commercial data to drive profitable growth and create seamless digital experiences. She is an experienced industry speaker, awards judge and is passionate about developing the next generation of marketing talent through her role as a mentor with the Bloom network. Alongside this, she mentors colleagues within Sainsbury's and volunteers as a Community Champion, supporting local organisations focused on healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.
