Tools like Claude are my always-on thinking, research and admin partner. This saves huge amounts of time pulling data from the internet, finding trends and opportunities etc, whilst replacing some of those tedious admin tasks that ultimately are just moving information around.
This allows me time to read deeply, go down rabbit holes, experiment with new tools, which fosters the knowledge that has become my leverage, my advantage.
But it's all about the harness you build around AI, ensuring that you are at the helm, pulling the reins. As a creator, it is crucial to me that AI works behind the scenes, whilst everything that goes public is ultimately created by me.
So yes, it's a second brain, but the one in my head will always be the first! I'll always listen to a shower thought far more than a suggestion from AI. But AI can help me build that shower thought into something truly useful for my audience.
