With 25+ years’ experience in marketing, global ecommerce and international growth, Emma has worked with founders, retailers, technology providers, investors and policymakers to identify emerging trends, connect ideas and accelerate commercial opportunity.
She has supported thousands of businesses to scale internationally, contributing to more than £500 million in export growth, and has led programmes for the UK Department for Business and Trade, including ecommerce, digital commerce and women-in-business initiatives.
Emma is also the Founder of Amp'd, an end-to-end AI Citation Intelligence and Revenue platform helping businesses, brands and products become more visible, trusted and cited across ChatLLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot.
At The Retail Podcast, Emma brings a strategic, future-facing lens to the retail sector, championing the people, platforms and innovations changing how consumers discover, decide and buy.
