Dan is SVP AI Solutions for iClear, the AI platform that automates marketing compliance, created by his company Northell.
Dan helps brands and agencies balance the speed of AI content production with the rigour of compliance and brand safety. He brings a deep understanding of the content supply chain, and the practical challenges organisations face in producing on-brand, on-time, on-budget marketing communications, alongside extensive knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem to create and activate content at scale.
Prior to Northell, Dan held senior roles at Adobe, delivering marketing automation solutions through low-code, API-connected workflows, and at Pega, bringing AI-driven decisioning technology to global brands. He also led digital media, print, and retail POS sales across APAC at HH Global.
His client work spans J&J, Henkel, BT, HSBC, and Santander delivering large-scale personalisation, activation, and AI-driven automation programmes for some of the world's biggest brands.
Dan is passionate about empathetic marketing and meaningful automation and speaks regularly on how AI is reshaping the content supply chain, and what that means for compliance, control, and creativity in equal measure.
