Technology for Marketing’s Top 30 will be assessed by a panel of brand builders, community leaders, strategists and storytellers who know what standout marketing looks like in the real world. Together, they bring experience from global brands, fast-growing communities and some of the industry’s most respected platforms.
Jenna Kamal
Events and Community Lead, Passionfruit
Jenna Kamal brings a strong mix of content expertise, audience instinct and community thinking. Now Events and Community Lead at Passionfruit, she knows how to create viral content that also drives meaningful experiences and conversations between marketers, creators and brands. Her background in content strategy and storytelling gives her a sharp eye for work that cuts through while being effective. That combination of creative judgement, audience understanding and brand awareness makes her a fantastic judge for the Top 30, which we are very excited to welcome for the first time!
Areej AbuAli
Founder, Women in Tech SEO
Areej AbuAli is one of the most respected voices in SEO and community building. She made her name working across technical SEO roles for brands including Zoopla and Papier, before founding Women in Tech SEO, now a global community with more than 10,000 members. She is also an international speaker, a Google Women Techmakers ambassador, a UN Women UK delegate, and the author of Community Building for Marketers. She is a natural judge for the Top 30 because she knows how to spot work that combines expertise, generosity and real industry influence.
Elinor Honigstein
Business Development, VC & PE Partnerships, LinkedIn
Elinor Honigstein has spent more than a decade building partnerships and communities at the intersection of tech, business and social impact. Her background spans LinkedIn, WeWork, UK government-backed innovation work and international event leadership, and she has also delivered personal branding workshops for organisations including Mastercard, Amazon and Google. She is known for turning relationships into momentum and helping people and brands show up with more confidence. That makes her an especially strong judge for work that values connection, visibility and long-term influence.
Richard Robinson
Executive Director, Ingenuity+
Richard Robinson knows the marketing world from every angle. Peter Markey

Peter Markey is one of the UK’s most accomplished brand leaders. Across senior roles at Boots, TSB, Aviva and the Post Office, he has built a reputation for driving growth in household-name businesses, including 17 consecutive quarters of growth at Boots and more than three million new Advantage Card customers. He has won five Marketer of the Year awards and continues to mentor the next generation of talent. Nishma Patel Robb
Founder & CEO, Glittersphere
Nishma Patel Robb is a marketer, cultural leader and speaker with a formidable track record. During a decade at Google UK and Ireland, she led brand and reputation marketing and helped shape programmes including Digital Garage, This is My YouTube, YouTube Brandcast and Be Internet Legends. She now leads Glittersphere and has also served as President of WACL and the History of Advertising Trust, championing visibility and inclusion across the industry. Sophie Miller
Founder, Pretty Little Marketer
Sophie Miller has built one of marketing’s most energising modern communities. She started Pretty Little Marketer while still at university and has grown it into a global platform followed by hundreds of thousands, while also advising and collaborating with brands including Adobe, Meta, YouTube, ASOS and L’Oréal. Her work stands out because it makes social media feel human, useful and accessible. That instinct for what genuinely lands with marketers and audiences alike makes her a compelling judge for the Top 30.
Jade Tambini
Founder, B2B Jade / B2B Breakthrough Academy
Jade Tambini, better known as B2B Jade, has become a go-to voice for marketers who want strategy without the waffle. Before launching B2B Jade and the B2B Breakthrough Academy, she led international marketing at FTSE 100 business DS Smith and chaired the CIM Wales board. She has worked with brands such as Adobe, LinkedIn and Pipedrive, and her work has earned major honours including Brand Strategy of the Year at the B2B Marketing Awards and The Drum Marketing Awards. She is a brilliant judge for campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver clear, strategic impact.
Claire Ferreira

Claire Ferreira has turned personal experience into one of the industry’s most supportive and influential communities. After nearly 20 years in marketing, she founded Mums in Marketing in 2020 and grew it from a standing start into a global network that helps women learn, connect and move forward with confidence. Her work has earned recognition at Campaign’s 40 Over 40, and she is widely respected as a speaker on community building and confidence. Kate Mackie

Kate Mackie brings deep B2B and transformation expertise to the judging panel. As a Partner and global marketing leader at EY, she connects marketing to revenue, leads cross-border teams and helps shape how a major international business uses strategy, technology and AI to drive growth. She is a Fellow of both The Marketing Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the author of B2B Marketing Fundamentals. She is an ideal judge for recognising campaigns that combine smart thinking, strong execution and real business effect.
Dave Morrissey
Growth & Culture Consultant @ SCEAL / Author “Grow Like Tech” / ex-TikTok, ex-Meta
Dave Morrissey brings deep experience across retail, eCommerce and platform growth, with a career spanning both Big Tech and high-growth digital brands. Most recently, he was Head of Lifestyle Retail & eCommerce at TikTok, where he worked with brands across categories including beauty, home and athleisure, helping them scale on one of the most influential commerce platforms in the market. Earlier in his career, he worked at Meta, supporting major names such as Huel, Alibaba, LEGO, Very and Gymshark. He is also the author of Grow Like Tech, which reflects his practical view of how modern brands build momentum. That mix of platform expertise, brand insight and commercial understanding makes him a strong judge for admissions that combine creativity with real market impact.
