Currently working as an interim Global Transformation Director – Customer for Diageo, his experience has been gained in a wide variety of sectors and high-profile brands on both client and consultancy side, where he has helped multiple consumer brands reshape & scale their digital, omnichannel and ecommerce divisions. And worked to transform each business to make it better able to respond to the new consumer and digital landscape. Recent focus has been on delivering top and bottom-line growth by developing new experiences, operations, strategies, propositions, products, services and business models for the digital age.
