Steve has worked in eCommerce since 1996. Having started out as a postman delivering the letters and parcels it wasn't long before he was running delivery offices and parts of the operation. His career has lead a varied path since then, introducing and looking after the new technology to automate the sorting and moving of the mail and the teams that support it, then into marketing and product management, developing solutions for packets and parcels before moving into the customer facing side, providing great solutions and service from technology point of view.
