Renata has an Industrial Engineering background and has more than 15 years working with technology and digital strategy for global companies across Europe and Latin America. She is also a researcher in Entrepreneur theories and startups ecosystems with a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and was an entrepreneur herself when in 2012 she co-founded a tech startup with the mission to use AI to personalize ecommerce experience.
After leading Linx's International expansion into LATAM and EMEA, Renata joined Shopify in 2020 as their Head of Merchant Success. Since 2022 she is leading all the post sales merchant facing teams in the EMEA region, including Customer Success, Launch consultants and Professional Services.
