With nearly two decades of retail marketing experience spanning Digital, CRM strategy, data platform management, and loyalty program innovation, Rebecca has led large-scale delivery teams in executing multi-channel, personalised communications. She has also played a key role in shaping strategic development across marketing technology and data.
Her expertise was gained over a 14-year career in Health and Beauty at Boots UK, through the Advantage Card programme, leading focused eCommerce and loyalty initiatives. She later brought her skills to lifestyle and retail brands such as Joules and UK Flooring Direct, driving growth for the digital channels. In 2021, Rebecca joined Cardfactory, and as CRM and Customer Growth Lead is helping to steer the business through a pivotal transformation, from an eCommerce trading model to an omni-channel, retention-led strategy, during their ambitious digital journey in the celebrations market.
