Rachel became a marketer because she loved shopping - as a teenager “getting people to buy stuff” felt like the opposite of her favourite pastime. She’s since gone on to get people to buy Terry’s Chocolate Orange, Dairylea, Mr Kipling, Ben’s Rice and National Lottery tickets through effective and award winning marketing strategies and campaigns. She’s passionate about supporting others on their marketing leadership journey - mentoring on the Marketing Leadership Masterclass and through WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership). She also sits on the ISBA Executive Committee. Outside of work she’s a wife and Mum, loves Pilates and gardening - if only Byron Sharp had written “how gardens grow”!
