Pietro Cammerini is the co-founder of Merx, a conversational commerce platform that helps leading consumer brands engage customers on WhatsApp using Generative AI.
With over a decade in management consulting and digital commerce, Pietro has worked with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, guiding them through complex digital transformations. Over time, he observed a consistent challenge: despite significant investments in digital channels, even the most sophisticated brands struggled to connect with customers in a truly personal way.
