Natasha’s CRM, marketing, and ecommerce experience spans luxury and high end high street retail, fine wine, events, and exhibitions, in both London and the Middle East. Having specialised in fashion and worked at several luxury brands — Anya Hindmarch and Turnbull and Asser — she currently heads up CRM for menswear industry upstart Percival.
Harnessing data without neglecting human intuition, Natasha’s strengths lie in both challenging and quantifying “gut instinct”. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Confident in her craft, Natasha has been invited to both speak and moderate panels at industry conferences and has been interviewed by Glossy and the Financial Times.
