Maram Aljishi is a change catalyst and ecosystem builder dedicated to advancing Saudi Arabia's digital economy. As Advisor for eCommerce at the Ministry of Commerce and the E-Commerce Council, she spearheads initiatives to strengthen the digital marketplace, expand cross-border trade, and attract global players to the local market.
Previously, as Director of eCommerce at the Small and Medium Enterprises Authority, she designed the national eCommerce strategy for SMEs, launching large-scale programs to drive digital adoption and shape supportive regulatory frameworks that underpin today’s thriving eCommerce sector.
Renowned for connecting government, private sector, and international stakeholders, Maram leverages her expertise in innovation and growth to build competitive and sustainable digital markets. She has played a pivotal role in positioning Saudi Arabia as a leading global hub for eCommerce and digital trade in line with Vision 2030.
