Julia is Head of Creative Operations at The Agency, Specsavers' in-house agency. She works with the senior leadership to nurture and grow The Agency – making great work and a great place to work. She is an avid mentor working with SheSays, Brixton Finishing School, Lollipop and Migrant Leaders to support and grow the diverse talent of tomorrow. Spanning nearly two decades in advertising, she cut her teeth at JWT, Leo Burnett and VCCP. She works in Guernsey, was born in Russia, grew up in Canada and lives in North London with her husband Alex and two kids.
