Patchworks' CEO, Jim Herbert, is a technology, engineering, and consulting veteran who joined from close partners BigCommerce. With over 25 years of e-commerce and digital transformation experience, Jim is leading Patchworks into its next stages of growth. A Computer Science graduate, programming from the age of 8, Jim has worked for consulting companies such as Cambridge Technology Partners, KPMG Consulting, and Practiv and founded his own e-commerce systems integration firm Sceneric that he sold to Publicis (via LBi) in 2014. With experience in over 100 e-commerce implementations, leading sales for Nasdaq-listed companies, and working in retail, fintech and gaming sectors, Jim deeply understands the importance of integrating platforms to drive business outcomes.
