Isaac Arevalo Perel is the Director of Supply Chain for AG1 in Europe, where he leads the end to end supply chain, from contract manufacturing through to last-mile delivery, with a sharp focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Based in Amsterdam, he brings over 15 years of global experience across B2C and B2B supply chains, having worked in North and South America as well as across Europe.
Before joining AG1, Isaac helped scale Operations at Marley Spoon and C.H. Robinson, designing supply chain frameworks that balance agility and cost discipline. Known for his practical approach and deep understanding of fulfillment networks, he’s currently spearheading AG1’s expansion through localized 3PL strategies and improving last-mile experiences across the continent.
Isaac is a frequent speaker on topics like eCommerce logistics, customer-centric fulfillment, and the role of supply chain in building resilient brands. Fluent in English and Spanish, and proudly bicultural, he connects strategy with culture to solve real-world problems with impact.
