Grace Miller is the Head of Failure and Experimentation for Flight Studio, that is home to Steven Bartlett and The Diary of a CEO podcast. With a background in marketing and social media, she’s worked across the aviation and production industries. Since joining the Diary of a CEO team Grace has worked in the social media marketing team, e-commerce and now leads the experimentation department. Starting at the company when the podcast only had 100,000 subscribers, they’re now over 6 million listeners strong. She works across the company helping to excel their growth at the quickest rate possible so they can stay at the forefront of their industry through running experiments.
