David Clark was appointed Chief Customer Officer at Frasers Group in February 2024, following his pivotal role in accelerating the Group’s digital and customer-focused transformation since joining in 2022. He has been central to advancing Frasers’ Elevation Strategy - reshaping how customers engage with its brands both online and in-store. Most recently, he led the roll out of the Group’s first Membership programme with Sports Direct, designed to drive loyalty through a data-led, omnichannel experience, and launched ELEVATE, Frasers Group’s retail media network.
With over 20 years’ experience in fashion eCommerce and consumer goods, David brings a deep understanding of digital innovation and commercial growth. He has held senior roles at Selfridges, Zalando, and ASOS, delivering impactful strategies across digital, trading, and operations. His focus now is on building next-generation customer experiences through technology, insight, and brand elevation.
