He is responsible for shaping Spotler’s AI strategy across generative, predictive and conversational technologies, integrating intelligent solutions into marketing platforms to deliver practical, effective tools for marketers. Based in Hamburg and active across Spotler’s European offices, he is known for championing data-driven marketing approaches that reduce complexity and accelerate value creation.
With a background as Managing Director of Spotler DACH and CEO of CrossEngage, Björn has deep experience in product strategy, growth leadership and building advanced marketing technology. His expertise in predictive analytics dates back to his PhD research in Marketing at Kiel University, where he first focused on customer lifetime value as a core operating principle. A frequent speaker and writer, he is recognised as a leading voice on the future of AI in marketing, advocating for a shift from static tools to intelligent agents and goal-driven collaboration between humans and machines.
