Simon is a data and technology strategist and expert in the field of CRM. His expertise is in deep customer insight, whether it be customer and Big Data analytics or market research, and using this insight to help businesses to win and retain customers. Simon started his career at Sainsbury's working on business and customer insight using the Nectar database. He has subsequently worked for and advised some of the world's biggest brands, including IKEA, The AA and News Corp, to deliver commercial benefit from data through business intelligence, data analytics, marketing automation and martech implementation. Simon founded Conduit, a martech consultancy, and most recently joined Iris as Data & Technology Partner.
