Piers is Head of Brand Planning at Direct Line Group. He designed Direct Line’s “Fixer” brand repositioning, and more recently he led Green Flag’s brand relaunch in 2017. He started his career in consumer PR before moving into marketing to further his obsession with great brands that connect brilliantly with their customers. He's previously worked at Santander, The Post Office and the Bank of Ireland, in roles covering communications planning, direct response, digital marketing, customer experience and insight. He’s also a proud father of two and an enthusiastic but under-powered cyclist.
