Since completing his BSc in Mathematics, Nick has worked in data and analytics for over 20 years. Having started his career in marketing analyst roles he climbed the corporate ladder and took the role of Vice President of Customer Insight at RS Group. His experience covers topics including data science, customer experience, digital analytics, market research, strategy and data governance. He’s passionate about using data and analytics to profitably drive a customer centric approach to doing business. In early 2021 he joined Mars Petcare as Analytics Engagement Director, with a goal of transforming the use of data to help create a better world for pets. Nick is a keen cook, father to two teenage children and lifelong football fan of his local team.
