As Director of Contact Strategy and Optimisation at the Financial Times, my role is to ensure that every time we communicate with our subscribers, regardless of touchpoint, that those communications are timely, relevant and coordinated. With an overarching company objective to drive subscriber engagement, coordination is more important than ever before. My team and I are responsible for helping formulate contact strategies for our various subscriber segments to help achieve this, implementing those strategies, and evaluating their effectiveness to optimise their performance.
