Marco Bezerra is an award-winning creative pioneer breaking new ground to help brands grow in new spaces and places. In his current position, Marco partners with iconic brands such as LEGO, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, conjuring creative ideas and experiences with commercial results as the goal. His world class experience includes the role of deputy creative director and head of creative design at Specsavers, the biggest retailer of glasses and healthcare in the UK, Australia, and Northern Europe. He helped develop the business across three continents through brand design, ATL, packaging, in-store, innovation and digital – engaging this iconic brand with new audiences. Marco has led teams and brands to win creatively and commercially at JWT Dubai, Tribal DDB Amsterdam, DDB Brazil, CP+B Sweden and leading independents such as Africa. He has worked with world famous brands including adidas, Bentley, McDonalds, Carrefour, and Harvey Nichols – with creativity consistently recognised at leading festivals across print, design, branded content, promo and direct, media at Cannes Lions, The Webbys, D&AD, Clios, ADC/NY and One Show.
