As Head of Content at Spoon London, Jess looks after the agency’s creative output, working with a range of clients from multinational corporates like Shell to government agencies and not-for-profits. As well as developing and implementing content marketing strategies, she and her team also produce internal and external communications across multiple channels using multiple formats, and distribute content using paid social. Spoon London is part of the Spoon network of agencies, with clients including Shell, Volvo, Microsoft, British Council, National Geographic, PostNord and Wärtsilä. In previous roles, Jess has worked both agency- and brand-side. Her background is in journalism.
