Jesús de los Bueis is in charge of Carrefour's ecommerce development team and the QA team. He is responsible for applying agile methodologies at scale to meet all the needs of the ecommerce business team, as well as managing and coaching technical team members. After starting his career as a software engineer, Jesús held a multitude of roles ranging from software architect to IT consultant to Program Manager. He has been focused on ecommerce platforms for over a decade, and has been running Carrefour España’s ecommerce IT experience for the last three years. By fostering an innovative, collaborative working environment that gives developers the opportunity to grow and evolve, he leads the team toward the latest, most reliable technologie
