Ilona has spent 10+ years in various brand and marketing roles within financial services, consulting, the civil service and most recently fintech. She is currently the Head of Behavioural Science and Applied Insights at Clim8, a sustainable investment app that is building a community of climate positive investors. Ilona holds an MSc in Psychology of Economic Life from the London School of Economics, where she focused on sustainability, consumer psychology and behaviour change.
