Not only does he lead the team responsible for delivering most marketing automation campaigns and initiatives, but his role includes product ownership as well, which consists mainly of developing the usability of the Bloomreach in O2 through integrations to other systems. Filip worked as an analyst for several years, so he has a strong data background, which he reflects into his current role. In addition, he has a strong business focus and together with his team regularly come up with new use cases that deliver business value.
