Damian has over 25 years’ experience in senior commercial and leadership roles with some of the world’s most exciting and forward-thinking digital organisations, including Media Solutions Director at AOL Time Warner Inc, Executive Director for digital advertising agency WFCA, and Managing Director for Adobe's leading training provider, Academy Class. In addition to being a Chartered marketer (CIM), he is an ILM certified Coach, NLP Practitioner, UK Ambassador for the Continued Professional Development (CPD), Former lead Consultant to the UK Government 'Levelling-Up' programme, Advisor to HRH Prince of Wales Nominet Trust, and appointed Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts. In his role as Econsultancy's Group Commercial Director, Damian assists executive leadership teams in defining and surpassing their digital transformation, marketing and ecommerce objectives through the utilisation of Econsultancy's multi-touch learning resources. Outside of work Damian loves sharing moments with his young family and late at night can be found pursuing his passion for mixology, with a particular focus on crafting the ultimate cocktail.
