Charlene Overend leads the disability inclusion services for Purple, one of the UK’s leading providers of disability-related training, consultancy and auditing services. She is currently working with over 100 organisations, including household brands such as Sainsbury’s, eBay and Eurostar on their disability journey to improve the experiences of disabled people as consumers and employees. Charlene has worked for 20 years’ in the charity, not-for-profit and consultancy sectors and is passionate about working with people and organisations to create a socially responsible world. Her experience includes strategic planning, project management, account management and fundraising.
