Kathryn is Head of Audience Science at Wavemaker leading a team of research and social insight specialists. With over 20 years’ experience in media research she has translated hundreds of key marketing and business questions into qualitative and quantitative research plans. At Wavemaker she works across an array of clients and sectors including telecoms, entertainment, finance, travel, motors, sport and the public sector, whilst also leading key research projects and initiatives for the agency. Recent Wavemaker projects include customer service, ageism in the industry, influencers and understanding the impact of brand voice using neuroscience.
