Bianca, originally from Germany, has extensive experience in trading ecommerce sites and running ecommerce teams, particularly for international ecommerce operations. In addition, she has implemented global digital marketing strategies, innovative customer experience initiatives and restructured & build ecommerce teams. Over the last eight years she has launched over 30 websites globally and been directly responsible for the development and implementation of the digital strategy of these sites. In 2015 she became a consultant allowing her to share her experience and insights gained over the last 15 years with a number of retail clients including Canon, Haglöfs, Ted Baker, American Eagle Outfitters, Claire’s Accessories, Mamas & Papas and most recently Smythson of Bond Street. Since January 2019 she is part of the Executive team at Smythson of Bond Street leading their Global Ecommerce and Direct to Consumer division.
