When it comes to Customer Experience and Engagement, there is a lot to think about… From navigating the website, engaging with your customer service team through a call or live chat, how they receive the product/service they bought and what the post purchase experience should be. Everything you do impacts your customers’ perception and their decision to keep coming back or not— this requires a lot of careful work, and the building of an End to End customer plan. We have recently overhauled our End to End customer experience transformation, and in my session I’ll share with you how we have approached this and steps we’ve taken. We have also developed this as a B2B Ecommerce Solution service that we now offer to our Clients and Brand Partners, helping them to build their Ecommerce roadmap.
