When it comes to Customer Experience and Engagement, there is a lot to think about… From navigating the website, engaging with your customer service team through a call or live chat, how they receive the product/service they bought and what the post purchase experience should be. Everything you do impacts your customers’ perception and their decision to keep coming back or not— this requires a lot of careful work, and the building of an End to End customer plan.
