How Alzák the Alien is conquering Hungarian e-commerce - from 0 to 100mil € in just 3 years
This presentation shows the international expansion of Czech e-retailer Alza.cz to Hungary. Alza.cz was established 25 years ago and had 972 million € turnover last year. It provides a timeline from the very first steps in 2017 such as launch of the Alza.hu e-shop, setting the basics (payment and delivery methods, call centrum, translations and services), first digital and TV campaign to a big showroom opening in Budapest. Continue in 2019 with strong marketing communication and the celebration of the 1 000 000th Hungarian customer. Providing examples of TV campaigns, using of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other specific marketing channels as a sneak peek of Alza´s marketing activities, together with a description of a custom-made attribution model to make the online campaigns more effective.
