Kontent.ai recognized in 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for Web Content Management
The latest Gartner Market Guide helps organizations narrow down their choices when looking for a Web Content Management (WCM) solution. As per the report, “the vendors profiled in this report include those commonly referenced in discussions with Gartner clients.” We’re thrilled to see that Kontent.ai was mentioned among 34 Representative Vendors in the WCM market!
The evolution of web content management
Many organizations are taking a close look at how WCM fits into their overall digital experience strategy, ensuring they stay on top of the ever-changing market. In this Market Guide, Gartner identifies several market forces that shape the evolution of web content management, including:
- Increasing breadth of process and content type support through content operations
According to the report, “content management remains a big priority for the majority of global organizations and content operations ecosystems are on the rise, with a WCM often at the center of them.” By focusing on the process of content production and including enhanced product offerings that support more content types, organizations worldwide can create better and more valuable content.
- Atomic and composable content has become a primary consideration
The guide also mentions that “content is a mission-critical component of any digital business. Without content, any strategy around digital experiences is not viable.” To create digital experiences that meet customers’ needs, organizations should focus on atomic content, as this report suggests: “Atomic content and more-granular content reuse across channels allows for more usability, increased agility and faster time-to-value.”
To us, it’s great to see that Kontent.ai has been recognized in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for Web Content Management, especially since we became a fully fledged standalone company only a few months ago! I believe this recognition reflects our commitment to providing a solution that serves the complex content needs of the largest global enterprises.”
