Wickes collaborated with Deployteq and Team ITG on the Mission Motivation Engine, a machine learning model that identified consumer missions and motivations and delivered personalised email, mobile app, social, and landing page content to support them throughout their DIY projects. The model enabled Wickes to drive £7 million in incremental revenue during the first six months of implementation and an increase of 24% conversions.
